Toon de Melker is a young Actor freshly stepping into the industry after completing rigorous training at NYU Tisch School of the Arts.

Whilst achieving his BFA at NYU, Toon trained at Playwrights Horizons Theatre School, the Lee Strasberg institute of Film and Theatre and Stonestreet Studios.

Toon has starred in various award winning short films such as: ‘One Day’ by Kelsey Cuellar, ‘Urgent Care’ by Kaylin Mirel and ‘Hunt for Serenity’ by Arash Shobany.

Aside from Acting, Toon is an active participator behind the camera, he mainly works in the sound department but can be seen floating around G&E and the camera department. At stonestreet Toon does production sound for all of the micro-movies.
